Join us for a chance to connect with community members from all corners of the City of Lancaster! There will be opportunities for open discussion through breakout sessions about things that matter to us and neighbors in the community. We invite you to spend the day meeting new neighbors, building relationships, and learning from each other.
Breakout sessions will include:
- Beautification
- Youth Engagement
- Starting Your Community Group
- Growing Your Community Group
- Good Neighboring
- Crime & Safety
- Housing
- Health
- Workforce and Economic Development
You will also have the opportunity to hear from the mayor, and receive updates about Police-Community relations, Neighborhood Engagement, and the Neighborhood Leaders Academy.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Childcare (ages 0-11) will be available to those who need it.
