Join SoWe to learn about how to become a SoWe Block Liaison. Block Liaisons to work to build relationships with their neighbors and connect neighbors to resources provided through SoWe and its partners. Block Liaisons are eligible to receive the SoWe Mini-Grant to create a community event on your block!
