SoWe Economic Opportunity Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month. The Economic Opportunity Committee’s vision is Southwest Lancaster has economic vitality as evidenced by a revitalized Manor Street commercial corridor and ample supportive services for entrepreneurs and small businesses
