I have worked in the community for 21 years. I started working for the Boys and Girls Club in 1997 as a part time activity worker and camp counselor. At the time our club in the SW was in St. Joseph Community Center. For 10 plus years we were able to provide hundreds of neighborhood kids a safe fun place on the “Hill”. I am now the CEO of the BGCL and my office is on the corner of W. Vine and S. Water Street still in the SW. My hope in all of the communities we are located is to help connect residents to form a strong community recognizing that kids are a large part of that. I bring a unique perspective to the board as a staff and community leader, I am on the Executive and Nominating Committees. I also serve on the Education Committee to help guide the important work of a community school at Price. My free time is spent with my son as his personal taxi service and with my dog.
